- 1 Cup of our Immunity Boost “All Day” blend tea.
- ½ Cup of frozen or fresh mango.
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds.
- Handful of spinach.
- 1 tsp. Honey.
Brew our “All Day” blend tea for 4-5 minutes in hot water to extract maximum nutrients. Let it cool down before adding to the blender.
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend to the desired consistency. If you use frozen fruits, there’s no need to add ice, otherwise you can add a small handful of ice to cool the smoothie.
