I feel more confident in myself because I am looking after my body and have more energy. This confidence has transferred over to work where I feel more comfortable taking on challenges.
I have received compliments from other people that they think I look healthier and happier!
My increased energy means I don’t arrive at work feeling drained before I even start, or show up at home tired at the end of the night.
I have issues with anxiety. And now I don’t feel like I have to hide it.
I have found the Pilates classes really helpful for improving my core strength and for helping relieve stress.
